Please note that the type of internet rights, digital rights and civil liberties this site is concerned with are things like Articles 12, 19, 27 and 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights concerning privacy and free expression, as applied to the internet.

We are not interested in consumer rights or "intellectual property rights". If you have a problem related to, eg online purchases in the UK or a similar dispute, you can try Consumer Direct or your local Trading Standards office.
